can a garmin nuvi 265 be used as a marine gps?i have a garmin gps 72 handheld but i cant find detailed marine maps. i also have a nuvi 265 and somebody told me i could get mapsource marine maps for my 265... is this true????if not does anybody know where i can find detailed marine maps of south louisiana for my gps 72?

You may go to the Garmin site and search for marine maps for your nuvi 265. I am not sure whether they are available.
The Garmin 72 is a marine friendly handheld. It is waterproof and floats. Have you tried a google search for the particular area maps you are looking for? Your Garmin 72 has some buoy and marine information pre loaded in it.
