I have a garmin nuvi 265w gps and when I transfer the new map into my gps it's always the same old map can som?can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong or not doing maybe i'm missing something I have a memory card in it to .
I did that and I found the 2010 updates in there but weither I have them checked or not my gps isn't using the 2010 updates lol.

Go into setup, then map, and map information. See if the new map is listed, then select it and reboot the GPS. Also when I loaded the North America 2010 upgrade the name of the map did not change (still shows 2008)in the map info, but the upgrade in there because the street I live on is now on the GPS and was not before.
