how do you turn bluetooth on , on your laptop?i have an hp and windows vista , i have looked just about every where i know to . but can't find a blue tooth any where , also same question for my gps it's a garmin nuvi ?????? help /???????

Most Lap Tops have a switch to turn Bluetooth Off and On. UYou also should check with HP.com to see if you even have Bluetooth on your Lap Top, if so, check to see you have the most current drivers.
