Q&A: Is Nextar a good GPS?

Is Nextar a good GPS?I would like to know what you out there think of the Nextar GPS unit vs others out in the field such as a Garmin and TomTom the big two that are seemingly always on commercials....When you do compare and contrast the systems, as with most of my questions, I would ask that you support your argument the best you can

I have a Nextar, never used a Garmin or TomTom but I have never had a problem with my Nextar

Nextar gives you more bang for the buck, with more features at a lower price. The downside is that what you see is what you get. Don't count on good customer support if you have problems or questions (like with Garmin), or frequent map and software updates, etc in the future.

I don't like the Nextar user interface and their map layout, but that's just my personal preference.
