Does anyone know about Garmin Etrex H Data cables?

Does anyone know about Garmin Etrex H Data cables?I am not sure how it connects to my PC as it has three wires at the end of cable and I don't know where to put them do I need to get a connector or something? Any help appreciated.

Hmmm, could you give me a picture for reference. I've seen many many data cables, but I don't really memorize their names.
