What is the best handheld GPS to use for geocaching?I want one that is accurate, has a color screen, can store pocket queries information for paperless geocaching, and has an averaging feature to help in placing geocaches.

Seems that this has been very recently discussed, but several that come to mind are the Garmin Colorado or Oregon (depends if you want touch screen or not), DeLorme PN-40, and the Lowrance Endura Out and Back. As to which is best, that's hard to say. I've been using a PN-40 since Garmin instituted a map upgrade policy that seems intended to drive off their best customers. The PN-40 seems quite accurate, has mapping capability and stores the .gpx information. The others mentioned will do the same, so a lot of it is up to the individual. Any of them have all the features you mentioned.
