what is the best GPS for hunting and hiking deep in the forest?i would like to spend around 300

i have a Garmin Map 76. good sized screen, excellent detail and under 200.00. full of features and easy to use. Also very water resistant and tough case. I live In British Columbia Canada and all i do for recreation is outdoors.

I use a Magellan Meridian Gold - Its water proof, durable, has large easy to use buttons, Easy to read graphics, and a back light for when it gets dark.

Use a good comparison site like http://satnav-gps.info and you will be able to choose which features are more important to you and leave out the features which are unimportant.
