WHich is better: if I buy a garmin nuvi 1370 gps that already has maps of Italy on it? Or a Garmin Gps?I am going to Italy in JULY and need a gps> They have the garmin 1370 with maps already on it but costs around $ 200.00 or buy a garmin gps and then download Italy maps to it??? Which is better OR which Gps are the best? Do they have GPS with European maps already on it? Which Kind should I buy??? HELP!!! THANKS!
